Across the European Union.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free and fully tracked. VAT is included in the price you see.

When we dispatch

Most orders leave within 24 to 48 hours of being placed.

How long delivery takes

Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of dispatch. Depending on the destination country and the carrier, delivery can take up to 12 business days. If your order has not arrived after 12 business days, email us and we will trace it.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also enter the number on our Track your order page.

If your order is late, lost or damaged in transit

Email contact@pesalux.com with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit, we replace it or refund you in full. You do not carry that risk.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we contact you and resend it once at no extra cost.
