Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your VITAL-IQ arrives to change your mind. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund or an exchange.
To qualify, the product must be in good condition and returned with its original packaging and all accessories.
This 30-day window is our own promise. It is longer than your statutory right below, and it does not replace it.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before those 14 days are up: email contact@pesalux.com. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. Then send the product back within 14 days of telling us.
Nothing on this page reduces that right.
How to return something
- Email contact@pesalux.com with your order number and tell us you want to return.
- We reply within 2 business days with the return address, a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Send the product back.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, to the payment method you used. We charge no fee for this.
Return postage
Return postage is on us. We send you a prepaid label with your return instructions.
If your VITAL-IQ is faulty or arrives damaged
This is different, and your legal guarantee of conformity applies. Email contact@pesalux.com with your order number and photos. We pay the return cost, and you get a repair, a replacement or a full refund.
2-year warranty
Every VITAL-IQ carries a 2-year warranty against hardware defects, starting the day you receive it. It covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage beyond the product's stated rating, or normal wear.
